Project: New PAD site service station at Clyde, VIC
 

The challenge: Designing, tendering, and project managing the construction of the PAD site safely and in a short time frame with a clearly defined opening date coinciding with the adjacent supermarket.

 

The outcome: With the shopping centre complex nearing completion within months, Coles Group Property Development engaged Switch to ensure that their key fuel offering would be celebrating a site opening in conjunction with its supermarket.  From a blank page in late June, Switch built a project team that took the project through design, tendering, and then construction, resulting in the project opening in early December as planned.
