There wasn’t a lot of time to get this fitout nailed down, but Switch Director Adrian Brown pulled out all the stops to bring a premium feel to this former Thai restaurant, troubleshooting with the builder to satisfy fire compliance and planning regulations while simultaneously working to create a unique cozy atmosphere inside the venue.
