New service station for Banksia Grove, WA

Coles Express Banksia Grove opened successfully today.

There was great anticipation at Coles Express in Banksia Grove in Perth, WA, when the first customers began arriving today.

This is the first Coles Express site where Switch has been engaged as Design Manager and Superintendent. Our role was in managing the engineering and fuel system design, coordinating the architect and building surveyor, working through some necessary planning amendments during construction, managing the onsite construction and reporting back to Coles Property Development Group.

All in all, the project went well and has started trading at a hectic rate.
