Switch urned a tired hotdog store into sleek burger boutique in less than four weeks.

Hugh James led a great team to convert a faded hotdog store into Mr Burger’s hip new Brunswick St, Fitzroy store in a renovation blitz.

The team took less than a month to build the store while also taking care of planning and food safety requirements.

“It was a very tight time frame, and the small work area meant that the site quickly became congested – particularly because it fronts onto busy Brunswick Street,” Hugh said.

“The success of this job really came down to have a bunch of sub-contractors who are good at what they do and can see issues that might happen before they arise.”
