Fancy Hank’s traditional American style slow cooked BBQ meats are coming to Burke St. They use the finest quality free range meat, sourced locally and cooked using custom-built smokers for up to 22 hours. Switch will be managing of the fitout of the new shop. Lookout for the opening soon!
