Coles Bakeries - Update #1

Switch have been engaged by Coles supermarkets to manage the delivery of two par-bake bakeries which are being built inside existing Coles supermarkets in Western Australia. June 30 deadlines has seen works rapidly progressing on site with demolition works underway on both sites, as well as construction works with the new bakery underway. Switch are also working with Coles on the delivery of three Scratch Bakeries in Queensland in Springfield, Kawana Waters and Moranbah. These sites which are having Scratch bakeries installed currently have Par-bake bakeries installed which are being removed to make way for a bigger bakery with greater facilities for the growing demand.
