Snow Ghost Food Truck #Update 1

“Ghost Kitchen specialise in all foods Taiwanese. With Summer approaching, owners Jenny and Chris approached Switch with the goal of building a Taiwanese Shaved Ice Dessert Van to supplement their current food truck.

Switch were engaged with an idea; from that we were able to scope out suitable vans which fit Jenny and Chris’ idea. From there we drafted up concept drawings, which then lead to the purchase of our recommended van. Switch then proceeded with the entire fitout of the truck which included the wall linings, flooring, kitchen fitout and commissioning. The team having never having worked on a Ford Transit before, were faced numerous issues regarding the running of the services and also structural works. However this was no issue to the team who were able to efficiently sort out the problems. This resulted in a great finished product, all done in record speed.
