Triathlon Vic - Update #1

All types of athleticism was on show on Sunday where Switch competed in the annual Smith Family Corporate Triathlon Series in Elwood. It involved a 400m swim, 10k bike, 4km run. The day proved to be full of surprises with many pb’s set and plenty of sore bodies. At the end of the day it was Team Gen Y who overcame Team Gen X by less than 1 minute over the 3 hour competition.
