7-Eleven Sans Souci + St Marys NSW Update #1

Switch has been engaged by 7-Eleven to project manage the Pump Replacement Program for two NSW sites - St Marys and Sans Souci. Acting as the Client Representative, Switch is heavily involved in scheduling, planning and executing fuel upgrade and retail refurbishment work throughout both sites. This program of works greatly aligns with the strengths and experience of the in-house Project Management team at Switch - developing innovative solutions to complex and challenging problems.
