Natural History Bar and Grill at 401 Collins St is scheduled to open its doors to the public today 14th March 2018.
The team at Switchco have been working together with designer Michael Delany from International World Wide to transform the iconic art deco building at 401 Collins St into Melbourne’s premier Bar & Grill venue. With inspiration taken from New York style museums and bistros there is no other experience quite like it in Melbourne.
The restaurant is headed up by Morgan McGlone with seating for 140 and a liquor licence for 420 people.
