Home.One Vic - Update #2

Switch are pleased to announce that the social enterprise micro-cafe @home.onebrunswick is open and trading! You will find them just off Anstey station in Brunswick, where they are serving porridge in the AM, and bagels in the PM. Don’t worry though, they also offer coffee throughout all hours of the day.

Switch were delighted to be donate our services to the team behind Home.one to help deliver the project. Active throughout both the design and construction period of this build, Switch teamed up with @breathearchitecture, @brec.com.au, @Mentesjoinery and @frameworkscarpentry

to help form the new home for this great social enterprise. A big thank you to everyone involved in this project who generously donated their time and materials to make this project happen.

Find out more on The Urban List, who perfectly sum up the café’s purpose: “The idea is super simple: a small, ethical cafe, whose profits go back to helping Melbourne’s homeless and hungry”. We couldn’t have put it better ourselves.
